Customers agree to provide timely site access and accurate project details. Delays due to site conditions, unavailable access, or requested scope changes may affect timelines.

3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is based on agreed estimates, labor, materials, and applicable fees. Payment terms are outlined on invoices or project agreements and are due as specified.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for disclosing known electrical issues, confirming service needs, and ensuring work areas are reasonably safe and accessible.

5. Service Changes and Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the applicable agreement. Work completed and materials supplied up to termination remain billable to the customer.
